Will
we default? Will we not? What will happen if we do? What will happen
if we don't? How much time can one spend thinking about it? One, two,
ten hours?

I don't say that you should stop thinking about it. Under those circumstances it is more than one can ask for. I can however suggest that you set a limit to your worries. Your mind and soul need some good rest. Set a period of time to see friends and be strict with your thoughts. Focus on your present, avoiding worries of the future and remorse of the past. The western civilization had the moto: Seize the Day. The modern theosofophy calls it: Presence. I say it: Respect your soul, protect your life and invest on your relationships. Cause if you don't then no one else will.
May
you all be well, now!

Elina you're right. You reminded me of Baz Luhrman's incredible song Wear Sunscreen.
