What is the emotion you choose more often?


Please let me ask you one question before we move on: 

Can you manage your emotions? 

No? Yes? To some degree? 

Let us play a small game here... 

Think 2 people that drive you mad. Ok. One will suffice! Think about him, hear his voice see his face... recall the feeling when he is around... 
There! 
By now you should start feeling uneasy again. 

Now you may stop, let the thought slip from your brain and come back smoothly to our discussion.... 
Nice... 

Let us see what happened here. Within two minutes you managed to change your mood. To the worst. I know. But here is the good news. 

Simply by guiding your thinking YOU MANAGED TO CHANGE YOUR MOOD! 

Now let us anjoy it a bit. Think of a person or a situation that made you smile with all your heart. 

Bring it back to your memory... see the details... hear the sounds and voices that came along with it... and recall the feeling... Smiling, in and out...Happy glowing smile... You will know when you are there when you find yourself smiling again...Take your time...enjoy it...There...

From the above one thing is clear... 

Your thoughts are the control panel of your feelings. If you wish to feel nice, you have to pick your thoughts accordingly. If you have not tried it before it may be difficult in the beginning. 

With some daily practice though, the process will become a habit and then it will simply become second nature to you. The nature of a happier you.
